Position Summary

WFP is seeking a Business Transformation Officer (NOB) to lead digital transformation initiatives and improve business processes through innovative technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, manage IT services, and support organizational change across WFP Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business transformation and digital innovation initiatives.
Analyze and document business requirements for IT solutions.
Improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Manage IT services, digital solutions, and stakeholder engagement.
Support organizational change management and business continuity.
Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with UN agencies and external partners on technology initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT management, digital transformation, business process improvement, or organizational change.
Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
Experience with enterprise systems, cloud technologies, AI, automation, data visualization, or advanced analytics is an added advantage.
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of Kinyarwanda is mandatory.
