Available Positions

1. Specialist Doctor – Part-Time

Number of positions: Multiple

Level required: Master’s Degree (Specialist qualification)
Experience: As required
Duty Station: Kigali, Rwanda
Contract: Part-time (consumption hours)
Remuneration: Paid by the hour

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree and relevant specialist title in the field.
  • Valid practicing licence.
  • Proven experience in the specialty is an added advantage.
  • Commitment to quality patient care.
  • Availability to work on the agreed schedule and hours.

2. Registered Nurse – Multiple Posts

Level required: A1 or A0 in Nursing
Licence: Valid NCNM practicing licence
Experience: An advantage
Duty Station: Kigali, Rwanda
Contract: Full-time, including shifts and on-call duties

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A1 or A0 qualification in General Nursing or Midwifery.
  • Valid and current NCNM licence (mandatory).
  • Clinical experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
  • Strong communication, compassion, discipline, and confidentiality.
  • English and Kinyarwanda required; French is an added advantage.

3. Laboratory Technician – 1 Post

Level required: A1 or A0
Experience: At least 3 years
Duty Station: Kigali, Rwanda
Contract: Full-time

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A1 (Advanced Diploma) or A0 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Laboratory Sciences.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Valid practicing licence from NCML, where applicable.
  • English and Kinyarwanda required; French is an added advantage.

4. Biomedical Engineer – 1 Post

Level required: A1 or A0
Experience: An advantage
Duty Station: Kigali, Rwanda
Contract: Full-time

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A1 (Advanced Diploma) or A0 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in hospital equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment technology and safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • English and Kinyarwanda required; French is an added advantage.

5. Accountant – 1 Post

Level required: A0 (Bachelor’s Degree)
Experience: At least 2 years
Duty Station: Kigali, Rwanda
Contract: Full-time

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A0 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Rwanda tax and social security obligations.
  • High integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and deadline-oriented work.
  • Leadership or CPA/ACCA progress or completion is an added advantage.
  • English and Kinyarwanda required; French is an added advantage.
