FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero, Karongi and Rulindo districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2 nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera.
FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model RFTS (Resilience and Flourishing
Through Systems Transformation) through various specializations: Asset creation, Productive learning, Social Behavior Change, Mental Health & Physical Wellbeing and Disaster Risk Reduction.

We are seeking to hire qualified and motivated Enumerators to support data collection activities under one of our Seven Area Programs. The Enumerator will work under the supervision of the MERL Manager.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Enumerator will be responsible for collecting high-quality data to support project monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities, conduct field surveys, interviews, and observations in accordance with established data collection tools and guidelines. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and professionalism to ensure reliable and timely data that informs project decision-making

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Education, Social Science, Statistics, rural or community development, Economics, and Public Health.
- Proven previous experience in data collection/surveys, for the assessment or evaluation of the projects/program’s interventions in domains of Agriculture, Education, Health and nutrition, economics, rural development, business administration, or water and Sanitation for a recognized non-profit making or government organization
- Should be familiar with computer-assisted interviews (eg. ODK, KoboToolbox ) and have the ability to use electronic devices, i.e. tablets or smartphones
- Willingness to travel independently and extensively within very remote rural communities.
- S/He should be physically fit to travel long distances and hilly landscapes/topography, as well as able to work for full day working hours in the field for at least 5days.
- Ability to maintain anonymity/confidentiality and trust with people.
- Fluency in both Kinyarwanda and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
OTHER ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a Christian commitment to serving the poor, and full agreement with FH’s Christian beliefs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Computer application skills, mainly MS Office and mobile or web-based database.
