Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and South Sudan.
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda, to drive business growth through marketing of our recruitment and Human Resource outsourcing services.
THE JOB
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition and business growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing clients for our recruitment and HR outsourcing services.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and HR outsourcing services.
- Carry out Market Research to identify emerging opportunities, target markets and prospective clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently to convert leads into business.
- Organize client meetings, understand client needs, and present suitable recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders to secure new business
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, client interactions, and conversions
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Experience selling professional services, recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll, or other business solutions will be an added advantage.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
- Have worked in a similar position with a reputable HR agency
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, target-oriented individuals who can work independently and deliver measurable results.
