Good Neighbors International Rwanda Announces 4 Job Opportunities

Good Neighbors International Rwanda (GNI Rwanda) is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Child Protection Field Officer (1 Position)

📍 Location: Mukiza Community Development Project (CDP)

Requirements:

  • Diploma (A0) in Education or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • Good communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda
  • Computer literacy and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:
Support sponsored children and their families through case management, child protection activities, health follow-up, school retention initiatives, and sponsorship reporting.

 

2. Child Protection Field Coordinator (1 Position)

📍 Location: Cyiri Community Development Project (CDP)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Child Protection, Psychology, Community Development, Sociology, Education, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families
  • Knowledge of child rights and safeguarding principles

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate child protection activities, supervise sponsorship programs, strengthen community structures, prepare reports and ensure quality implementation of child protection interventions.

 

3. Communications Officer (1 Position)

📍 Location: GNI Head Office, Kigali

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in communications
  • Strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography and digital media
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; French is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Lead GNI Rwanda's communications strategy, manage social media and website content, create visual and written content, support fundraising initiatives, and enhance organizational visibility.

 

4. WASH/Health Project Coordinator (1 Position)

📍 Location: GNI Head Office, Kigali

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Social Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a related field
  • Experience in WASH, Health, SRH or community development projects
  • Strong reporting, coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate WASH and Health projects, support community health initiatives, conduct field monitoring, strengthen community structures, and ensure timely reporting and quality project implementation.
