Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily management of the project/grant and liaison with other existing programs.
- Oversee the successful planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of the Global Fund Project.
- Supervise and coordinate project activities and monitor the implementation of the “OVC Project.”
- Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of project activities, including data quality assurance.
- Plan all activities of the Project quarterly and annually and report to the Employer.
- Analyze and approve annual plans and Requests of Funds as planned.
- Maintain operational liaison between NCDA, the RBC/MoH Management Unit, and Districts.
- Ensure good working relationships between various partners and stakeholders in the Program.
- Represent the Global Fund Project formally in institutions working in the same field.
- Prepare and submit reports of the Global Fund Project within the deadline.
- Coordinate other NCDA activities related to orphans and vulnerable children.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Project Management: 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's in Project Management: 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies: 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree in Development Studies: 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Education: 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree in Education: 3 years of relevant experience
