Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily management of the project/grant and liaison with other existing programs.
  • Oversee the successful planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of the Global Fund Project.
  • Supervise and coordinate project activities and monitor the implementation of the “OVC Project.”
  • Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of project activities, including data quality assurance.
  • Plan all activities of the Project quarterly and annually and report to the Employer.
  • Analyze and approve annual plans and Requests of Funds as planned.
  • Maintain operational liaison between NCDA, the RBC/MoH Management Unit, and Districts.
  • Ensure good working relationships between various partners and stakeholders in the Program.
  • Represent the Global Fund Project formally in institutions working in the same field.
  • Prepare and submit reports of the Global Fund Project within the deadline.
  • Coordinate other NCDA activities related to orphans and vulnerable children.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Project Management: 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's in Project Management: 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies: 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree in Development Studies: 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education: 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree in Education: 3 years of relevant experience
