CALL FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS – RICEM

The Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM) invites qualified, experienced, and highly motivated Rwandan professionals to apply for opportunities as Professional Trainers/Facilitators in the following training areas:

1. Areas of Specialization

RICEM seeks trainers with strong professional expertise and practical experience in:

  1. Strategic Management
  2. Risk Management
  3. Procurement Management
  4. Internal Control and Audit
  5. Human Resources Management
  6. Product Development and Marketing

2. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold at least a Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant and related fields.
  • Having a Certified Microfinance Professional (CMP) is an added advantage.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional working experience in the Banking and/or Microfinance Sector.
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience in the relevant training area.
  • Possess excellent facilitation, training, and knowledge-sharing skills.
