Through the partnership between CRS and DUHAMIC-ADRI to implement the “Inclusive Nutrition and EARLY Childhood Development (INECD)/GIKURIRO KURI BOSE Project”, DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite competent and qualified companies operating in Rwanda to supply and distribute all 136 mattresses accross sectors of Nyamasheke Ditsrict where the project participants are located.
The distribution is planned at Sector Office on 24/12/2024 and on 27/12/2024 as per the table below:

The competitive quotations should be drawn using the following table :

Interested bidders will submit their offers in respect of the following:
- The motivation letter addressed to executive secretary of DUHAMIC ADRI;
- A copy of RDB registration certificate;
- Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA),
- Valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB,
- Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM): A copy of invoice submitted in the past;
- Proven experience in providing similar services (at least 3 references);
- Quotation showing unity costs per mattress (taxes & transport to destination) in Nyamasheke District.
- The bidder shall be ready to distribute all mattress in respect of the timeline and in compliance of the given technical specifications;
- The mattress which does not comply with the technical specifications will not be accepted and received.
Interested bidders will submit physically (in hard copies) their offers well-aligned with the above tender requirements/conditions by Monday, 23rd December at 10:30 AM at DUHAMIC-ADRI Head Office located in Kicukiro District. The public opening session is planned for the same day at 11:00 AM in the same offices.
