Operations Manager
Strategically situated on a 32-hectare property in the scenic Ngoma District, Lakeside Recreation Resort was born from a vision to create a premier leisure and hospitality destination within Rwanda's most tourism-dense corridor.
Positioned as a first-mover on the pristine shores of Lake Mugesera, we provide a serene escape that anchors the region between Kigali and Akagera National Park. Our development aligns proudly with Rwanda's national priority under Vision 2050 to advance the hospitality sector through world-class infrastructure.
Lakeside Recreation Resort is a new 63 key lakeside resort on Lake Mugesera. We are recruiting the team that will open the property and set its standards. If you have hospitality experience and take pride in how you look after guests, we would like to hear from you.
THE POSITION
Operations Manager.
Runs day to day operations, relief cover, and keeps standards consistent shift to shift.
Experience
- At least seven years in hotel operations with departmental head experience.
